What we need from you:
When you order a logo design from Logo Service, we need to know your name, your company's name, your email address and your mailing address. This will allow us to process and complete your order, and stay in contact with you regarding the status of your order and logo designs.
We will also ask some initial design information questions regarding your company and logo design project. This will give us the creative direction required for the process to take effect.
Upon finalization of the logo design, all of the ownership rights are passed over to the client.
However, the refund policy will not take effect under any of the following circumstances:
1) You have given
us a final approval on a logo design.
2) Work was commenced on one of your samples and 3 or more logo design
changes were effected at your request.
3) The party for whom the logo is being designed closes, changes its name,
or changes its activity.
4) The project is cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the creative work
of Logo Service.
5) You do not communicate with Logo Service for more than 6 months following
the last contact.
Please note that there is a $10 administration fee on all refunds.
Processing your
refund:
If you have placed an order using a credit card - a refund will issued
directly to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days
before for the funds to appear.
If you have paid using a cheque, or money order, a refund will be sent
to you by cheque.
All the rights to the logo design and artwork that Logo Service creates and designs for its client belongs to the client. Logo Service does not hold any rights to designs created for a client. The client is free to modify or change the finalized logo design as it sees fit.
Logo Service does not file a trademark application for any logos designed for its client, however the client is free to register a trademark for any logo created for it by Logo Service.
Logo Service warrants
that its designs are of its own creation and are not copied from or inspired
by existing designs or trademarks,
but does not warrant that a design the same as or similar to that designed
by it, but of which it was not aware at the time of its creation, doesnot
exist. In the event that payment for any logo design is not made in accordance
with the payment policies of Logo Service, then all of the client's rights
in and to the logo design created for it, including any trademark property,
will immediately
revert back Logo Service.
